As a Substitute Teacher, you will play a vital role in maintaining instructional continuity and creating an affirming classroom environment for learners who benefit from specialized, individualized support. What You'll Do

• Deliver lessons and classroom instruction following prepared materials and the school's curriculum standards
• Maintain positive classroom management and encourage respectful student behavior
• Observe and report student engagement, progress, and any learning or behavioral concerns to full-time faculty
• Collaborate with permanent staff to understand individual student needs and instructional strategies
• Support students with diverse learning profiles in a patient, encouraging manner
• Document attendance, assignments, and classroom activities as required
