What You'll Do
- Direct the overall strategy, operations, and performance of the Division of Pediatric Cardiology
- Provide clinical care for pediatric cardiac patients across outpatient and inpatient settings
- Mentor and supervise pediatric cardiology fellows and faculty members
- Foster research initiatives and scholarly activity within the division
- Collaborate with other departments and specialties to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to medical education and training programs for medical students and residents
- Represent the division in departmental and institutional committees and planning efforts
What We're Looking For
- MD or DO degree with current Wisconsin medical licensure or ability to obtain it
- Board certification in pediatric cardiology
- Demonstrated expertise and credibility in pediatric cardiology practice and research
- Leadership experience and a track record of successful program development
- Strong commitment to teaching, mentoring, and professional development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to balance clinical, research, and administrative responsibilities
