About the Role

As a Kid Check Attendant - Cast Member, you're the trusted guardian of safety and joy during peak family entertainment hours. You'll manage check-in and check-out procedures, ensure children are properly supervised, and maintain the security protocols that keep families confident and relaxed while they celebrate together.

What You'll Do

• Monitor and facilitate child check-in/check-out processes with professionalism and warmth
• Maintain accurate records and verify authorization for child pickup
• Provide clear communication with parents about facility rules and safety practices
• Support membership and Fun Pass sales opportunities with genuine enthusiasm
• Earn commission on each Membership sold ($0.50–$10.00) and Fun Pass sold ($0.15–$3.00)
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
• Work collaboratively with fellow Cast Members to deliver excellent customer service

Compensation & Details

This is a part-time position based in Parkville, Baltimore County. You'll earn $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with commission potential paid bi-weekly. Your earnings grow as you connect families with memberships and Fun Passes that unlock more value.
