About the Role

As a Game Room Attendant, you will be the friendly face that guides guests through our interactive entertainment space, ensuring every visit is safe, enjoyable, and seamless. What You'll Do

• Monitor game areas to maintain a safe and orderly environment for all guests
• Assist visitors with game instructions, token redemption, and general inquiries
• Keep equipment clean, functional, and stocked with necessary supplies
• Process sales of memberships and fun passes, accurately handling cash and electronic payments
• Promote current offers and explain the benefits of membership programs to increase guest engagement
• Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and area tidying

What We're Looking For

• A warm, outgoing personality with a passion for delivering excellent customer service
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and tracking sales
• Ability to stand, walk, and move comfortably for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Previous experience in a family‑entertainment, arcade, or retail setting is a plus but not required
• Part‑time availability that aligns with the store’s scheduling needs
