HighLevel is hiring a Sr. Strategic Finance Manager to join our finance organization on a full-time basis in the United States. This role partners directly with senior leadership to shape our financial strategy, drive operational excellence, and support the continued growth of our AI-powered platform used by agencies, entrepreneurs, and businesses across 150 countries.
About the Role
As Sr. Strategic Finance Manager at HighLevel, you'll own the intersection of financial planning, business analytics, and strategic decision-making. You'll translate complex business challenges into financial frameworks, model scenarios that inform growth priorities, and deliver insights that guide executive decision-making. This is a hands-on position reporting directly to finance leadership, where your contributions directly influence how we allocate resources and measure success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain financial models that project revenue, expenses, and key metrics across business segments and geographies
- Lead strategic financial analysis on major initiatives, partnerships, and expansion opportunities
- Partner with operations, product, and go-to-market teams to build business cases and forecast financial impact
- Oversee budget planning, variance analysis, and quarterly reforecasting processes
- Prepare executive-level financial reporting, dashboards, and board-ready presentations
- Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities to improve unit economics
- Support M&A due diligence, integration planning, and post-close financial management
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, or strategy roles at high-growth technology companies
- Expertise building financial models and conducting scenario analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; familiarity with BI tools and financial planning platforms
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational metrics into financial insights
- Excellent communicator who translates financial concepts for non-finance audiences
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with incomplete information
