Project Coordinator – Architecture – Healthcare Market

Join Gresham Smith as a Project Coordinator in our Architecture division, supporting healthcare market projects in Federal Heights, Adams County. This full-time role offers the opportunity to contribute to the planning and design of essential healthcare infrastructure that serves communities across the region.

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in keeping healthcare architecture projects on track from inception through completion. Working within our Architecture team, you'll support project managers and senior architects by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders—from clinical staff and facility leaders to construction teams and design consultants.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for healthcare facility design and infrastructure projects
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, schedules, budgets, and correspondence
• Facilitate communication between architects, engineers, healthcare clients, and construction partners
• Track project progress and flag risks or delays to the project management team
• Prepare status reports and presentations for internal teams and clients
• Support site coordination and field visits as needed
• Manage project files, drawings, and digital records using industry-standard systems
• Assist with bid administration, contract documentation, and compliance tracking

What We're Looking For

• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects
• Clear written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting
• Familiarity with healthcare environments or healthcare facility planning is a plus
• Knowledge of construction or architecture practices preferred but not required
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work collaboratively across teams
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
