About the Role

What You'll Do

  • Drive revenue growth through renewal management, upselling complementary offerings, and identifying new use cases for existing solutions
  • Monitor account health, proactively address concerns, and escalate issues to ensure consistently high satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams—product, delivery, and support—to ensure seamless service delivery and client success
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews, demonstrating ROI and reinforcing long-term value partnerships

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in account management, relationship management, or a similar client-facing role with demonstrated revenue responsibility
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in contract negotiation and deal structuring
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and build credibility across organizational levels
  • Strategic thinking coupled with strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple relationships independently and drive results in a team environment
