West Region Industrial Sales Business Development Manager

Siemens is recruiting a West Region Industrial Sales Business Development Manager in Lockwood, Yellowstone County to lead commercial expansion in Medium Voltage industrial markets throughout the Western United States.

About the Role

In this full-time position within Electrification & Automation, you'll hold a strategic commercial role focused on building the Medium Voltage product business across the West region. You'll partner closely with the regional sales organization, providing market intelligence, technical insights, and relationship development to unlock new opportunities and accelerate pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement region-wide market strategies for Medium Voltage switchgear and related industrial electrification solutions
• Act as the primary commercial bridge between product engineering teams and frontline sales professionals in the West
• Establish and deepen partnerships with key industrial customers, distributors, and system integrators
• Qualify and prioritize new market segments and customer accounts with the highest growth potential
• Synthesize competitive and market data to inform product positioning and sales enablement
• Monitor regional pipeline, forecast accuracy, and business metrics to track progress against objectives

What We're Looking For

• Hands-on experience in industrial sales, business development, or key account roles—ideally in electrical equipment, power systems, automation, or related industrial sectors
• Working knowledge of Medium Voltage products, switchgear platforms, or comparable electrical distribution equipment
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders
• Demonstrated success in a field-based, territory-supporting sales or business development role
• Analytical mindset paired with strong execution and customer focus
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or technical discipline preferred
