Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Trade Show & Event Planning Manager (Trade Show & Event Management Manager) to join its team in Atlanta, Fulton County. This is a full‑time position focused on delivering high‑impact internal and external events that support business goals and brand excellence.

About the Role

The Trade Show & Event Planning Manager oversees the end‑to‑end lifecycle of events ranging from client engagements and executive programs to major trade shows. Working independently in a fast‑paced technology environment, the role aligns every detail with strategic objectives, brand positioning, and measurable outcomes while partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies that meet corporate objectives and audience expectations
• Manage all phases of event planning, including concept creation, budgeting, vendor selection, logistics, and on‑site execution
• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and product to ensure consistent messaging and brand compliance
• Track key performance metrics, analyze post‑event data, and report insights to drive continuous improvement
• Maintain relationships with external partners, venues, and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure optimal resources
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging event technologies to enhance attendee experience
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and accessibility standards throughout each event

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, hospitality, business, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience planning and managing trade shows, conferences, or corporate events, preferably within a technology or B2B environment
• Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations
• Proficiency with event management platforms, registration tools, and virtual/hybrid event technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, coupled with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Analytical mindset comfortable interpreting data to assess event success and inform future planning
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and a proactive approach
