As a Stocking Team Associate at Walmart, you'll be essential to our retail operations in Trinidad. Your Responsibilities

• Stock products on shelves and displays, ensuring neat presentation and proper placement
• Receive and inspect incoming merchandise, verifying accuracy and identifying any damage
• Organize stockroom and back-of-store areas to maximize workflow and maintain safety standards
• Rotate inventory and monitor stock levels to ensure products are fresh and properly rotated
• Assist customers by answering questions and locating merchandise on the sales floor
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift and carry merchandise up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Basic math and counting skills for inventory accuracy
• Openness to learning new tasks and company procedures
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings and evenings
