About This Position

In this role, you'll serve as a bridge between clinical practice and nursing education, developing and integrating educational content that prepares nursing students for real-world clinical environments. As a Clinical Content Specialist in our Nursing Education division, you'll contribute to curriculum development initiatives focused on traditional educational pathways and help advance how nursing faculty deliver clinical instruction to students.

What You'll Do

• Develop, review, and enhance clinical nursing content for educational platforms and traditional program curricula
• Collaborate with nursing faculty to identify content gaps and ensure clinical accuracy and currency across learning materials
• Integrate evidence-based clinical practices and contemporary standards into educational resources
• Support the design and implementation of clinical content that connects theory to practice for nursing students
• Ensure all content aligns with nursing accreditation requirements and professional standards
• Gather feedback from educators and students to refine content quality, relevance, and educational effectiveness

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related healthcare field; advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience
• Experience in nursing education, curriculum development, or clinical instruction environments
• Strong knowledge of traditional nursing education models and integration concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to translate clinical knowledge into educational materials
• Ability to collaborate effectively with nursing faculty, administrators, and clinical partners
• Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to content accuracy and quality assurance
