About the Role
This is a full-time position on a day or evening shift, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to support overtime on weekends as needed. We're looking for detail-oriented professionals ready to take on meaningful assembly work in a structured manufacturing environment where your contributions directly impact product quality.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and process wires and cables using proper crimping and stripping techniques
- Connect, solder, and assemble electronic components following technical specifications and assembly diagrams
- Inspect finished assemblies for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance
- Operate hand tools and precision equipment with care and consistency
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary corrections
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety protocols
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience with wire crimping, stripping, and cable connections
- Hands-on proficiency with basic electronic assembly tools and equipment
- Ability to read and follow technical diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Reliable attendance and willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekend overtime
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Team player mentality with a professional attitude toward safety and production
