About the Role

We're actively recruiting assemblers to fill multiple production positions starting immediately. This is a contract-to-hire role designed to lead to permanent employment, giving you stability and growth potential in manufacturing. Work alongside a skilled production team at a respected facility.

What You'll Do

• Assemble and process components on the production line with precision and speed
• Meet quality standards and daily production targets
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Collaborate with your production team to accomplish shift objectives
• Capitalize on daily overtime opportunities to boost your earnings

Shift Schedule & Pay

• Second shift: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM
• Work Monday through Thursday, with optional overtime Friday and Saturday
• Starting wage: $19.00 per hour
• Weekly paychecks
• Pay increase guaranteed upon conversion to permanent full-time employment
• Daily overtime available
