Quality Technician

Role Overview

As a Quality Technician at Aerotek in Berea, you'll be the eyes and ears of our quality assurance function, directly supporting the manufacturing process and continuous improvement efforts. You'll perform inspections, testing, and documentation that keep our products meeting customer expectations and regulatory requirements. This role offers the chance to develop quality control expertise while working alongside experienced production and quality teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections and testing of products at various manufacturing stages
• Document inspection results, test data, and any deviations from specifications
• Identify and report defects, non-conformances, or quality issues to the production team
• Operate measurement tools and quality control equipment accurately and safely
• Support compliance with industry standards and company quality procedures
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to resolve quality concerns
• Participate in quality audits and assist with continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate quality records and assist with reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED acceptable)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all quality-related tasks
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications
• Comfortable using measurement tools, calipers, gauges, and basic quality control equipment
• Solid math skills to calculate measurements and understand tolerances
• Effective problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Reliable attendance and a commitment to following established procedures
• Experience in manufacturing, quality control, or a related field is a plus
