About the Role

This is a full-time position working in the kitchen and food preparation areas of our restaurant. You'll collaborate closely with our restaurant Operator and team to maintain the high standards Chick-fil-A is known for. As a Back of House Team Member, you'll gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food service environment that values quality, teamwork, and personal growth.

What You'll Do

• Prepare food items and assemble orders according to company standards and recipes
• Maintain strict food safety and sanitation practices throughout your shift
• Operate kitchen equipment and manage food production workflows
• Support the front-of-house team by ensuring orders are completed accurately and promptly
• Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs to management
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak service times
• Respond to quality concerns and contribute to continuous improvement efforts

What We're Looking For

• Ability to work full-time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety standards
• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Basic organizational and time-management skills
• Experience in food service or kitchen operations is helpful but not required
