What You'll Do

• Prepare food items following standardized recipes and portion guidelines with attention to quality and consistency
• Maintain rigorous food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices
• Work efficiently as part of the kitchen team to meet service demands during high-volume periods
• Monitor food inventory and communicate stock levels to maintain workflow
• Ensure finished dishes meet presentation standards before they reach guests
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and work stations throughout your shift
• Support team members across various stations to keep operations running smoothly
