About the Role

As the Front of House Assistant Manager at Chick-fil-A in the Village of Wellington, you will guide the day-to-day flow of the guest-facing operation across Dine-In, Carry Out, Drive-Thru, and Third Party channels. Working in close partnership with the Front of House Director(s), you will turn shared goals into action on the floor, ensuring that warm, attentive team members consistently deliver an experience guests want to return for.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate the Dine-In, Carry Out, Drive-Thru, and Third Party experiences throughout each shift.
• Carry out the priorities and direction set by the Front of House Director(s) and keep the team aligned with them.
• Foster a culture of genuine, friendly service that makes every guest visit feel remarkable.
• Support, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members to perform at their best.
• Monitor service standards, speed, and accuracy to keep the guest experience seamless during peak periods.
