Asset Management & Consulting Serv is hiring a full-time Leasing Specialist for Bridgeview Village Apartments, an affordable housing community in Saint Andrews, Charleston County (downtown Charleston, SC 29403). About the Role
As a Leasing Specialist, you will drive occupancy by marketing available apartments and guiding prospective residents through every step of the leasing journey. Working on-site in Charleston, you will pair strong sales instincts with a genuine commitment to resident care, all while keeping the community in full compliance with affordable housing program requirements. The position pays $26 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and lease apartment homes within the affordable housing community to qualified applicants.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to both prospective and current residents.
- Conduct tours, follow up on inquiries, and convert interest into signed leases.
- Ensure leasing activities meet all affordable housing compliance standards and program guidelines.
- Maintain accurate applicant and resident records throughout the leasing process.
Qualifications
- A customer-first mindset with clear, professional communication skills.
- Comfort with marketing, sales, and relationship-building in a residential setting.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn and uphold affordable housing compliance rules.
- Ability to work on-site full-time in Saint Andrews, Charleston County.
