The Opportunity

As a Front Desk Agent at the Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel Chicago, you'll be the first point of contact for guests checking into our iconic historic property. Working as a key member of our Guest Services team, you'll be responsible for creating positive, memorable impressions that reflect our commitment to elevated hospitality. This full-time role combines guest interactions with operational knowledge, perfect for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out with professionalism and warmth
• Process reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately
• Answer guest inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services
• Respond to requests and resolve guest concerns with attentiveness and care
• Maintain accurate records and communicate relevant information to housekeeping and other departments
• Support team members and contribute to a welcoming, efficient front desk operation
