This full-time position supports the essential work that keeps our golf course in top condition year-round. You'll be part of a dedicated team responsible for all aspects of grounds care, from routine maintenance to specialized turf management. Your work directly impacts the experience of every member and guest who plays here.

What You'll Do

• Perform daily groundskeeping tasks across fairways, greens, tees, and rough areas
• Operate and maintain landscaping and golf course maintenance equipment
• Monitor turf health and assist with fertilization, irrigation, and pest management
• Contribute to course preparation and setup for tournaments and special events
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to meet seasonal and weather-related demands
• Maintain equipment and facilities to the highest standards

What We're Looking For

• Experience with golf course maintenance, landscaping, or similar groundskeeping work
• Ability to operate turf maintenance equipment safely and effectively
• Solid work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Physical capability to perform outdoor work in Florida's climate
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
