Responsibilities

• Drive organizational objectives and key results in collaboration with business unit leaders
• Lead and execute strategic initiatives across multiple departments
• Support executive decision-making, program management, and implementation of major initiatives
• Streamline processes and coordinate organizational procedures to optimize efficiency
• Champion talent initiatives including hiring processes and role development
• Facilitate communication and coordination between internal and external stakeholders
• Develop strategic and tactical plans for key business priorities
• Conduct market research and prepare executive-level reports and presentations
• Identify and recommend solutions to organizational blockers and operational challenges
• Contribute to branding initiatives across customer, partner, and employee audiences
• Foster cross-departmental collaboration with agility and professionalism
