We are representing a confidential workforce solutions organization in their search for an experienced IT & Healthcare Recruiter. Our client specializes in connecting healthcare and technology talent with leading organizations nationwide. This is a remote, full-time position for a recruiter who excels at proactive sourcing, relationship building, and delivering exceptional candidates across technical and clinical disciplines.

As their recruiting partner, we're looking for someone who goes beyond job postings—a strategic talent advisor who builds pipelines, cultivates professional networks, and identifies passive candidates before positions become urgent.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination
• Recruit across healthcare IT, IT infrastructure, project management, business development, clinical support, and specialized technical positions
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, industry associations, referrals, and networking to identify and engage passive candidates
• Develop recruiting strategies for niche technical and healthcare roles
• Conduct comprehensive phone and video interviews to assess technical qualifications, communication skills, and cultural alignment
• Prepare detailed candidate summaries and hiring recommendations for leadership review
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain accurate documentation within the Applicant Tracking System
• Partner with hiring managers to understand priorities, market conditions, and evolving needs
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience through timely, professional communication throughout the hiring process
• Support offer preparation, background screening, and pre-employment activities
• Successfully manage multiple open requisitions while meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Mentor and coach recruiting team members on performance, pipeline development, and process adherence

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience in healthcare, healthcare IT, technology, consulting, or professional staffing environments
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical, healthcare IT, project management, or consulting positions
• Established professional network with proven ability to build talent pipelines through networking, referrals, and proactive sourcing
• Track record sourcing and engaging passive candidates for difficult-to-fill roles
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean searches
• Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (Rippling, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Bullhorn, iCIMS, or similar platforms strongly preferred)
• Working knowledge of HR principles, recruiting best practices, onboarding processes, and compliance requirements
• Excellent interviewing, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational abilities with experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with hiring managers and leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Agency recruiting or staffing experience
• Experience recruiting for healthcare systems, hospitals, physician groups, or consulting organizations
• Familiarity recruiting Epic, Cerner, revenue cycle, healthcare operations, digital health, infrastructure, or project management professionals
• Experience with contract, contract-to-hire, consulting, and direct-hire recruiting models
