Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential home care organization seeking a Customer Advisor & Team Leader to build and manage a district team of household support professionals.

In this role, you will:

• Serve as the regional face of our client's services in your assigned district
• Lead marketing and business development initiatives to recruit household support staff and acquire new clients
• Coordinate and manage your team to ensure consistent care delivery for clients requiring assistance
• Act as the primary point of contact for your district, representing regional needs and decisions to central operations
• Work closely with the central support team, who will provide operational backing as you expand your district and lead your team

• Outgoing communicator who excels at building connections between people
• Meticulous, sustainable, and thorough working style
• Comfort with visibility and community engagement in your region
• Experience in the social sector—whether as a care professional, household support worker, support assistant, or career changer; all backgrounds welcome including those re-entering the workforce
• Very good German language skills, written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
• Open to career changers seeking a meaningful new direction
