We are representing a confidential warehouse automation organization in their search for a Senior Solutions Consultant. This is a full-time role available across multiple countries including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, France, and India.

You'll work at the intersection of technical consulting and strategic partnership development, designing cutting-edge material handling systems.

Responsibilities

As Senior Solutions Consultant, you will serve as a critical technical bridge between our client and their partner ecosystem. Your core responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with partners to design comprehensive automation solutions, providing expert guidance on system architecture, facility layout, and equipment selection
• Collect and analyze warehouse operations data to develop tailored automation strategies that meet specific customer requirements
• Drive continuous optimization in solution design to ensure competitive and efficient proposals
• Apply deep technical expertise to proactively identify and assess potential implementation risks, ensuring solution quality and reliability
• Coordinate project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across partner teams
• Deliver training to partners on automation products, systems, and industry best practices to build their technical capabilities
• Maintain smooth communication channels between all stakeholders throughout the solution design process

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings both technical depth and consultative skills to this role. We're seeking professionals with:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Information Systems, Engineering, Software, or related technical field
• 5+ years of extensive experience in Material-Handling Automation (MHA), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industries
• Proven track record of consultative problem-solving in fast-paced environments, with ability to identify critical issues and develop practical solutions
• AutoCAD 2D layout proficiency for facility and system design work
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with superior presentation abilities
• Confidence presenting technical solutions to internal teams, partners, and potential customers at all organizational levels
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency with online collaboration tools and MS Office suite
• Flexibility to travel as required for partner meetings and project support
