Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential education platform seeking dance instructors to deliver private lessons across multiple styles including modern dance, salsa, bachata, contemporary dance, ballet, hip hop, and flamenco. You will work directly with students to help them achieve their dance goals.

• Deliver dance instruction tailored to each student's level and learning objectives
• Design personalized exercises and choreography
• Motivate and support students throughout their learning journey
• Monitor and track each student's progress over time

What We're Looking For

• Knowledge or training in dance or any dance style
• No prior teaching experience required
• Passion for both dance and teaching
• Commitment to student success and growth
• Based in or willing to serve students in Spain

Pay and Benefits

This role offers complete schedule flexibility. You can choose to teach online, in-person, or a hybrid combination. You control how many classes you deliver and when you work. Our client offers instructors between €15 and €30 per hour depending on experience and lesson format.
