Lead Product Manager – Credit Cards

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization expanding its unsecured consumer credit portfolio. Our talent team is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive strategy, P&L ownership, and end-to-end product development for a multi-segment credit card platform. This role offers the opportunity to shape a complete product ladder across risk tiers and customer segments in a high-growth market.

Responsibilities

As Lead Product Manager, you will:

• Define and evolve a multi-segment credit card lineup including credit builder, fixed-fee, progressive-fee, grace-period and non-grace-period products
• Build transparent customer migration rules between cards and tiers based on payment behavior, risk profile, and usage patterns
• Design pricing mechanics including fixed fees, progressive fees, interest-based pricing, grace periods, minimum payments, and withdrawal/transfer fees
• Own full P&L responsibility and optimize unit economics across acquisition, onboarding, utilization, ARPU, risk cost, funding cost, and fee income
• Partner with Risk teams on customer segmentation, credit limits, approval strategy, risk-based pricing, vintage analysis, and migration rules
• Manage the complete customer journey from acquisition and onboarding through activation, usage, limit increases, retention, and cross-sell
• Build and defend product roadmaps based on financial impact, customer value, risk, technical complexity, and team capacity
• Establish product KPIs, design A/B tests and pilots, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with engineering on credit product architecture including billing, fee and interest calculation, card processing, payment cycles, and integrations
• Drive products from concept to live delivery including business requirements, customer journey maps, tariff structures, legal documentation, and system logic
• Work cross-functionally with IT, Risk, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and headquarters stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Required Experience and Skills:

• Extensive experience managing credit cards, credit lines, or unsecured consumer lending products end-to-end
• Proven ability to build and defend credit product financial models and identify profitability drivers
• Solid understanding of credit risk, segmentation, approval strategy, credit limits, vintage analysis, and how product mechanics influence payment behavior
• Technical fluency to collaborate on billing, processing, fee calculations, payment cycles, integrations, and product status management
• Strong data skills working with funnels, cohorts, and experiments to make metrics-driven decisions
• Proven prioritization discipline to select high-impact initiatives and protect roadmap focus
• Clear communication skills to explain complex product and financial mechanics to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Fluent Russian (mandatory) and English at upper-intermediate level or higher (spoken and written)
• Spanish is a plus but not required

Work Arrangement: Remote or hybrid format with relocation support available to Mexico or Serbia for strong candidates. Specific arrangements discussed individually.
