Sr Talent Partner

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing consumer technology company in their search for a Senior Talent Partner based in Serbia. Our client is at an inflection point where hiring quality will define their next phase of growth, and they need someone who can own recruiting end-to-end with real judgment, not just process execution.

This is a founding recruiting role where you'll build the hiring operating system from scratch while closing critical roles across every function. You'll partner directly with executive leadership to set the bar for talent, not just fill against someone else's definition of it.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across go-to-market, engineering/product, and operations functions
• Build the recruiting infrastructure from the ground up: ATS implementation, interview frameworks, scorecards, and sourcing strategies
• Partner with senior leadership on role scoping and defining hiring standards—you help set the bar, not just execute against it
• Develop and track hiring metrics that drive real decisions: pipeline conversion, time-to-fill, and quality of hire assessments
• Shape candidate experience and employer brand as the first point of contact for top talent
• Generate sourcing alpha by identifying where exceptional candidates spend time, beyond traditional job boards

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to independently evaluate candidate quality with accuracy—this is the core skill we're testing for
• Full-cycle recruiting experience at an early-stage or high-growth company, ideally as a founding or very early recruiting hire
• Comfort evaluating talent across multiple disciplines: equally skilled assessing a growth marketer and a software engineer
• Strong sourcing capabilities and creative approaches to finding passive candidates
• Clear, strategic thinking and the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Track record of taking end-to-end ownership of outcomes, not just executing tasks within someone else's system
• Experience working directly with founders or C-level executives on talent strategy
• Bonus: recruiting experience in consumer software, hardware, or subscription-based businesses
• Bonus: employer branding skills—writing job posts and outreach that actually convert
• Bonus: prior experience leading or managing a recruiting team, as this role has growth potential

Pay

The client offers $140,000–$170,000 base compensation. Pay via Get A Job.ai will be discussed with qualified candidates during the screening process.
