About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for a Learning & Development professional. This is a foundational role—you'll be the first hire building learning infrastructure and culture from the ground up. You'll work across multiple international offices supporting a rapidly scaling workforce in a cutting-edge technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a learning and development strategy that supports organizational objectives and growth
• Conduct skills gap analyses to prioritize training needs across technical and non-technical teams
• Design and implement comprehensive onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling programs
• Build scalable learning pathways that support career progression for critical roles
• Source external content, training partnerships, and learning resources to complement internal offerings
• Partner with leadership to identify high-potential talent and create tailored development plans
• Select, implement, and manage a Learning Management System integrated with existing HR and IT infrastructure
• Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure learning impact on business performance
• Collaborate with distributed teams across France, the USA, the UK, Germany, and Singapore

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience with significant exposure to tech startups or high-growth environments
• Demonstrated success building and scaling L&D functions across multiple countries and time zones
• Strong technical background implementing and managing Learning Management Systems
• Proven experience designing effective training programs for diverse teams and skill levels
• Solid understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities with ability to influence at all levels
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity
• Self-starter who can operate independently, establish structure, and translate strategy into executable plans
• Fluency in English required; additional languages beneficial given the international scope
