IT-Support Spezialist (m/w/d) Windows und Linux

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in Munich seeking an IT Support Specialist for Windows and Linux environments. In this role, you will:

• Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues in Windows 11 and Ubuntu Linux environments as part of end-to-end workplace support
• Utilize and optimize existing automation and software distribution processes while developing modern deployment solutions
• Manage the complete hardware lifecycle including procurement, installation, configuration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of notebooks and peripheral devices
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Google Workspace and LDAP environments, including security tools such as Bitwarden and YubiKeys
• Support and execute onboarding processes for new employees and provide technical support for internal events and all-hands meetings
• Process and document incidents and service requests in IT service management systems while continuously improving support processes

What We're Looking For

• Completed vocational training as IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable IT qualification, or relevant professional experience in workplace management, client support, or system administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11 and Ubuntu Linux desktop environments with experience in hardware troubleshooting and patch management
• Experience and understanding of client management, software distribution, deployment processes, and automation
• Familiarity with tools such as ManageEngine, Snipe-IT, or Jira Service Management is advantageous
• Strong service orientation and enthusiasm for supporting users with technical challenges
• Independent and structured working style with the ability to maintain overview during high workload periods
