Responsibilities

• Independent, comprehensive support and relationship management for assigned client portfolio
• Ongoing financial accounting including digital bank reconciliation and receipt processing
• Preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns, including all preliminary and follow-up work
• Support during tax audits and inspections
• Collaboration on advisory projects and business consulting initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Completed qualification as Steuerfachangestellte/r or equivalent tax professional certification
• Self-directed and responsible approach to work
• Enthusiasm for problem-solving and competent implementation of solutions
• Willingness to pursue ongoing professional development
• Openness to modern practice strategies and digitalization initiatives (GoBD compliance, digital accounting workflows)
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Enjoyment of collaboration with both clients and colleagues
