Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare organization seeking an IT Project Leader to drive the development of critical billing and fee processing systems. In this role, you will:

• Lead IT projects focused on advancing central software products that support business-critical fee billing processes
• Analyze and specify requirements, developing solution designs that align software capabilities with organizational strategy
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and costs with precision and accountability
• Build deep functional and technical understanding of deployed software products and the business processes they support
• Collaborate interdisciplinarily with business units, internal IT experts, and external software vendors
• Advise internal departments on capturing requirements and implementing cost-effective solutions

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience leading IT projects in collaboration with external software suppliers and partners
• Strong negotiation skills, team orientation, and quick comprehension abilities
• Proven experience in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes
• Analytical mindset with willingness to master complex functional and technical contexts, particularly in healthcare fee billing systems
• Confident working with standard project management methods and tools, including Jira and BPMN 2.0
• High performance orientation combined with strong service mentality and results focus
• German language proficiency required for this Munich-based position
