Business Operations Manager (w/m/d) in Teilzeit – InsurTech Start-up

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential InsurTech organization seeking a Business Operations Manager for a part-time position in Munich. In this role, you will:

• Oversee the ongoing execution of diverse operational and cross-functional business processes in administrative areas
• Manage various commercial and organizational matters, ensuring timely implementation and delivery
• Analyze existing workflows, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement of internal processes
• Ensure structured preparation and quality assurance of relevant information and decision-making materials
• Maintain professional organization and administration of business-critical documents, records, and corporate documentation
• Coordinate cross-departmental processes and serve as a central interface between internal stakeholders and external partners
• Actively contribute to the development of efficient organizational structures
• Maintain oversight of parallel workstreams and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day operations

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone who brings:

• Successfully completed administrative training or relevant degree program
• Professional experience in the administrative responsibilities outlined above
• Ideally, experience in growth-stage companies or the FinTech/InsurTech sectors
• Enthusiasm for building processes, including automation and digitalization initiatives
• Proactive, responsible, and reliable work approach with strong self-organization skills and excellent team collaboration abilities
• Fluent German language skills (written and spoken) and good English proficiency
