About This Opportunity

We are representing a growing fashion retail organization with locations across Berlin. Our client operates contemporary multi-brand stores featuring on-trend apparel and emerging labels. We're seeking a motivated student assistant (Werkstudent) to join their sales team and contribute to an engaging customer experience.

This is a part-time student position requiring availability on Saturdays and enrollment at a university. You'll work directly with customers, support merchandising efforts, and develop your retail skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide active sales support and outfit consultation to customers
• Manage point-of-sale transactions and cash handling
• Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise
• Replenish and organize products on the sales floor
• Assist with inventory counts and stock management
• Support visual merchandising and product presentation initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled as a student at a university
• At least 18 years of age
• Available to work Saturdays
• Passion for fashion and awareness of current trends
• Motivated to learn and take initiative
• Comfortable working with customers and providing style advice
• German language proficiency for customer interaction
