Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in Paderborn seeking a Project Manager to join their engineering team. In this role, you will:

• Conduct technical analyses and develop solutions for existing systems
• Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop innovative technology solutions
• Coordinate supply chain activities and logistics
• Support customer and supplier acquisition efforts
• Participate in development activities based on your profile, which may include CAD, CAE, or other engineering disciplines

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

• Engineering degree or comparable technical qualification (e.g., Techniker certification)
• Initial experience in one or more of the following areas: software development (preferably Python/Django or PLC programming), electronics (PCB or circuit design), and/or product development (CAD)
• Strong team collaboration skills and willingness to work closely with colleagues
• Excellent communication abilities with the capacity to explain complex technical concepts clearly
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently on projects
