About This Opportunity

We are representing a growing international organization in the medical technology and safety solutions sector, based in Bochum, Germany. Our client connects medical products with digital services and reliable operational processes, serving non-medical companies and organizations across Germany and globally.

To support continued growth on a stable foundation, our talent team is seeking an experienced and pragmatic Operations Lead who will coordinate and develop operational workflows at the Bochum location, working closely with the team to create reliable and practical structures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously improve operational workflows at the site
• Ensure clear responsibilities, smooth handovers, and reliable work routines across teams
• Support the practical implementation of new processes and digital systems
• Coordinate cross-functional topics between service, administration, technical teams, and other internal areas
• Support the organization and development of service operations
• Accompany onboarding and professional development of employees
• Participate in application, feedback, and personnel conversations
• Coordinate operational needs, inventory, delivery schedules, and external partners
• Structure meetings, tasks, priorities, and follow-ups
• Work closely with executive management to implement operational objectives
• Support day-to-day operations when needed for better understanding or quick problem resolution

What We're Looking For

• Several years of experience in an operational, coordinating, or leadership role
• Proven track record of developing workflows, teams, or operational structures
• Enthusiasm for not only planning processes but implementing them practically
• Strong understanding of digital workflows with the ability to quickly learn new programs and systems
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams and departments
• Respectful, reliable, and cooperative leadership style
• Ability to create clarity and accountability without building unnecessary hierarchies
• Structured, solution-oriented, and hands-on working approach
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Willingness to be present at the Bochum location four to five days per week
