Verantwortlichkeiten
- Telefonische Betreuung von Bestandskunden und Interessenten im Gesundheitsbereich
- Beratung zu Produkten und Annahme von Bestellungen
- Bearbeitung von Serviceanliegen und Kundenfragen
- Erfassung und Pflege von Kunden- und Bestelldaten in SAP
- Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Information über passende Zusatzleistungen
Was wir suchen
- Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und serviceorientierte Kommunikation
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit dem PC
- SAP-Kenntnisse sind wünschenswert, jedoch kein Muss

Arbeitszeiten: Flexible Einsatzmöglichkeit Montag bis Samstag zwischen 08:00 und 20:00 Uhr
