Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential automotive supplier in Bad Wörishofen seeking a Controller to build and develop production and project controlling functions. In this role, you will:
- Establish and advance production and project controlling processes
- Perform cost calculations, post-calculations, and profitability analyses
- Create and develop key performance indicators, reports, and evaluations
- Analyze cost structures, production metrics, and variance analysis
- Support investment decision-making processes
- Optimize master data, work plans, and calculation structures within the ERP system
- Collaborate closely with production, project management, and finance teams
What We're Looking For
Our client requires a professional with strong controlling experience in manufacturing environments. Essential qualifications include:
- Degree in Controlling, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in controlling within a manufacturing company
- Knowledge of cost accounting, calculation, and post-calculation methods
- ERP system experience; familiarity with proALPHA is desirable
- Analytical and structured working approach
- Strong understanding of production processes
