IT Change Manager (w/m/d) – Software Rollout & Digitalisierung

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential health and safety organization in their search for an IT Change Manager to support digital transformation across multiple operating entities. In this role, you will:

• Develop targeted communication strategies for IT and software rollouts across subsidiary organizations, translating technical changes into clear, accessible language for diverse user groups
• Create training materials, FAQs, quick guides, and support resources tailored to different user segments including leadership, key users, and operational teams
• Enable stakeholders to confidently adopt new digital solutions including Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, multi-factor authentication, and proprietary business platforms
• Coordinate organizational readiness activities such as access provisioning, hardware deployment, data migration, field mapping, training schedules, and local communications
• Accompany go-live phases and hypercare periods, monitoring adoption, usage, and addressing open questions in collaboration with technical teams
• Gather feedback from operating units and coordinate necessary improvements with central IT teams
• Build and develop networks of local key users and multipliers to sustain change initiatives
• Transform learnings from completed rollouts into reusable standards, methods, and playbooks for future implementations

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Several years of experience in change management, rollout management, project management, or digital transformation initiatives
• Proven track record supporting IT, software, or digital tool implementations
• Strong communication, moderation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to guide different audiences through change processes
• Excellent German language skills combined with a structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Microsoft 365, digital workplace solutions, or business-critical software platforms
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, user and permissions concepts, or software and data landscapes
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Kotter
• Enthusiasm for winning over diverse organizations, leaders, and teams to adopt shared solutions sustainably

Pay
