We are representing a confidential digital commerce organization in their search for a Retail Operations Senior Strategist. This is a fully remote role based in the United States, ideal for a commerce professional who excels at driving marketplace growth and building strategic client relationships.

Our talent team is seeking a senior-level strategist who can develop and execute comprehensive marketplace strategies while maintaining deep expertise in platform operations and retail partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow clients' marketplace businesses across major e-commerce platforms
• Build and maintain relationships with key client contacts and C-level decision-makers
• Drive success through brand presence optimization, operational excellence, and retail relationship management
• Manage partnerships with platform representatives to align with client objectives
• Integrate technology solutions into commerce operations to drive scalability and efficiency
• Analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights and identify optimization opportunities
• Develop comprehensive marketplace strategies including demand forecasting, catalog management, content optimization, and business reporting
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop integrated commerce strategies
• Lead major departmental projects focused on growth, retention, and profitability
• Contribute to continuous improvement through experimentation with new strategies and tools

What We're Looking For

• 7-10 years of experience in commerce account management roles with proven success executing growth strategies
• Familiarity with major marketplace platforms including Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Brand Registry preferred
• Strong client-facing experience; agency or platform experience preferred
• Expert ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into strategic recommendations
• Deep understanding of marketplace operations including demand forecasting, catalog management, and content optimization
• Proven track record of managing complex client relationships and achieving retention targets
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing innovative solutions
• Strong prioritization and time management skills across multiple clients and initiatives

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus incentive compensation including monthly variable revenue payments and discretionary annual performance bonus.
