Remote Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor – Fee For Service

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking a provisionally licensed counselor to provide remote therapy services to clients in Maryland. This is a fee-for-service arrangement with the potential for competitive ramp support for clinicians offering 30+ hours of weekly availability.

Candidates will deliver compassionate, evidence-based mental health care through a modern telehealth platform. This role is ideal for provisionally licensed professionals pursuing LCPC licensure in Maryland who are looking to build a robust clinical practice with comprehensive administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth to clients across Maryland
• Conduct clinical intakes and assess clients according to DSM-5 diagnostic criteria
• Treat a generalist caseload including depression, anxiety, and other presenting concerns
• Maintain consistent availability of at least 25 sessions and 30 hours per week
• Document sessions and treatment plans using electronic health record systems
• Participate in clinical supervision as required for licensure progression
• Track client progress and adjust treatment approaches to support measurable outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Active approval by the Maryland board as a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
• Must be actively pursuing independent LCPC licensure and residing in Maryland
• Graduate of an approved 60-credit hour counseling program
• Graduate or post-graduate work experience in a counseling setting treating depression and anxiety (required)
• Experience independently conducting intakes and diagnosing under licensed supervision (preferred)
• Willingness to work with diverse client populations including couples and children
• Comfort with telehealth technology and electronic health record platforms
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and client outcome measurement
• Strong collaborative mindset and positive professional demeanor

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process. Our client offers W2 employment with benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, student loan repayment assistance, CEU reimbursement, and clinical supervision at no cost.
