Responsibilities
Our client, a confidential B2B SaaS organization, is seeking a UI/UX Designer to shape the future of their ERP solution for agencies, consultancies, and project-based service providers.
In this role, you will:
- Create compelling UI/UX designs in Figma based on product management concepts, providing strategic feedback from a design perspective rather than simply executing briefs
- Design and optimize user experience flows to ensure the software feels intuitive and cohesive for end users
- Lead the evolution of the product's design language and visual identity
- Play a central role in a major design transformation initiative currently underway
- Maintain regular contact with customers and customer-facing teams to deeply understand their requirements and workflows
- Continuously develop and refine the product based on user insights and market trends
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for software products with proficiency in industry-standard tools (Figma, project management platforms)
- Active integration of AI tools into your design workflow to accelerate processes and validate concepts
- Specific experience in the B2B SaaS space with familiarity of key metrics and business concepts
- Strong awareness of current trends in software design and digital interfaces
- Background in agency or consulting environments is highly valued and can be applied to product design decisions
- Fluent German language skills and good English proficiency for customer and team communication
- Bonus: Experience with ERP systems or knowledge of agency/project-based service delivery environments
The position is based in Hamburg with a hybrid work model (typically 2-3 days per week in office, with flexibility for remote weeks as needed). This is an immediate or ASAP start opportunity within a small, collaborative product and development team where your voice will shape decisions from day one.
