Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a working student (15–20 hours per week) to support training concept development and knowledge transfer in the renewables sector. You will:
- Create and develop training materials and learning content focused on renewable energy topics
- Conduct independent research and prepare technical subjects from the renewable energy field
- Support the design and delivery of training sessions
- Present training content to small groups
- Serve as a point of contact for user questions regarding a digital learning platform
- Coordinate and communicate with the platform support team
- Analyze errors and user feedback to continuously improve processes and content
- Provide organizational and administrative support in the training environment
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Basic technical understanding and genuine interest in energy topics
- Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for engaging with diverse stakeholders
- Independent and structured working style
- Passion for translating complex knowledge into accessible formats
- Very good German language skills (C2 level)
- Good English skills (minimum B2 level)
- Nice to have: Familiarity with AI applications or digital learning platforms, experience with training software, previous involvement in creating workshops or presentations
