About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential B2B SaaS organization in Hamburg seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join their product team. Our client develops enterprise software solutions and is currently undertaking an exciting product redesign initiative. This is an excellent opportunity to shape the visual and user experience direction of a core platform used by professionals in the architecture and planning sectors.

Responsibilities

• Design UI/UX solutions in Figma based on product management concepts and feature specifications
• Create and optimize user experience flows to ensure software feels intuitive and cohesive for end users
• Contribute strategic feedback from a UI/UX perspective rather than simply executing specifications
• Lead and shape a major product redesign initiative, defining the look and feel of the platform
• Evolve and advance the organization's design language and visual identity
• Maintain regular contact with customers and customer-facing teams to understand requirements and workflows
• Continuously improve products based on user feedback and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience designing interfaces for B2B SaaS software products
• Strong proficiency with design tools including Figma and project management platforms
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into your design workflow to accelerate processes and validate concepts
• Solid understanding of B2B software business metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV)
• Current knowledge of software design trends and emerging best practices
• Fluent German language skills required; good English proficiency for team collaboration
• Bonus: familiarity with architecture, engineering, or planning office environments and workflows
• Self-driven individual who stays current with design trends and innovations
