We are representing a confidential lifestyle retail organization seeking a Store Assistant (Werkstudent) for their innovative concept store in Berlin. Responsibilities

• Drive sales through proactive customer engagement and consultative selling approaches
• Create an inspiring, welcoming atmosphere that turns the store into a destination experience
• Deliver personalized product consultations that match customer needs with innovative solutions
• Maintain sales metrics and continuously work toward exceeding targets
• Handle high-traffic periods with composure while maintaining service excellence
• Represent the brand authentically and embody the company's lifestyle values
• Participate in ongoing product training and sales coaching sessions
• Support daily store operations across flexible shift schedules

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in retail sales (Store Assistant, Sales Consultant, Customer Advisor or similar roles)
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, technology, or wellness retail is a strong advantage
• Availability for rotating shifts Monday through Saturday between 08:00 and 22:00
• Sales-driven mindset with genuine ambition to exceed targets, not just meet them
• Natural ability to engage customers and create memorable interactions
• Calm under pressure during busy store periods
• Authentic interest in wellness, beauty, and lifestyle innovation
• Very good German language skills; good English for daily customer contact
• Charisma and the ability to inspire confidence in premium products
• Currently enrolled as a student (Werkstudent status required)
