Implementation Lead – Secondary Care

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology client seeking an Implementation Lead for Secondary Care in London (Shoreditch). Our client is a rapidly scaling SaaS organization working within the NHS ecosystem, focused on connecting healthcare providers through an integrated digital platform.

This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll own the end-to-end implementation pipeline, driving contract conversions and user activations across hospital systems and care organizations. You'll lead a high-performing team while maintaining an intensely data-driven approach to maximize customer outcomes and time-to-value.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation pipeline from won tenders and pilots through to full-scale contract conversions across hospitals and secondary care systems
• Drive critical user activation targets, including achieving 15,000 user activations on AI-powered clinical documentation tools by end of Q3
• Optimize time-to-value metrics by tracking activation data and refining implementation playbooks for scalability
• Lead and coach direct reports, setting clear data-driven direction and defining excellence standards for secondary care implementations
• Structure seamless cross-functional collaboration between Business Development, Transformation, Implementation, and Customer Success teams
• Champion data quality and visualization initiatives, resolving issues to deliver meaningful insights for deployment owners
• Introduce AI-driven approaches to elevate team operational maturity and efficiency
