About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in their search for a Graduate Talent Sourcer based in London. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and needs someone to help build talent pipelines for their technical teams.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone curious about recruitment, technology, and people. You'll learn how to identify and engage exceptional technical talent while working closely with experienced talent partners and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Support targeted sourcing strategies to identify high-quality technical talent across engineering, data science, AI, and credit risk functions
• Research and identify candidates using sourcing tools and platforms, finding both active and passive talent
• Support candidate outreach by developing engaging, personalised messages
• Build and maintain well-structured talent pipelines within the applicant tracking system
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand where relevant candidates can be found
• Track sourcing activity and help analyse pipeline health, response rates, and conversion metrics
• Keep candidate information accurate and up to date throughout the hiring process
• Contribute ideas to improve sourcing processes, tools, and candidate engagement approaches
• Develop your understanding of technical roles, skills, and the technology talent market

What We're Looking For

• 0–1 years' experience in recruitment, sourcing, research, or a similar role, including internships, placements, or relevant graduate experience
• Strong interest in technology and curiosity about how different technical roles and skills fit together
• Excellent research skills and ability to find relevant information from different sources
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple searches and pipelines
• Clear and confident communicator, both written and verbally
• Curious and proactive mindset, with willingness to ask questions, learn, and try new approaches
• Comfortable working with data and using insights to improve your approach
• Able to work collaboratively with talent partners and hiring managers
• Motivated to build a career in technical sourcing and talent acquisition
• Previous exposure to LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, GitHub, or other sourcing/recruitment tools is a plus, but not required
