Senior Data Analyst

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS organization in the mobile technology sector. They are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to build and own the data infrastructure that powers their Revenue and Marketing teams. This is a high-impact role combining data engineering and analytics, with a deep backlog of work from day one.

The position is based in London and offers flexible remote work arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain data pipelines connecting CRM, billing, invoice, product usage, and marketing systems using Airflow, dbt, n8n, and Python
• Model data into clean, documented, and tested layers that enable self-service analytics across the organization
• Create and maintain executive dashboards covering pipeline performance, quota attainment, revenue movements, churn, contraction, expansion, NRR/GRR, and customer health metrics
• Connect marketing activity to revenue outcomes: channel and event ROI, CAC, LTV, payback periods, and funnel conversion analysis
• Implement data quality monitoring, testing frameworks, and alerting systems to proactively identify issues
• Conduct root-cause analysis on revenue changes across product, region, segment, channel, and customer behavior dimensions
• Develop forecasting and risk models including revenue forecasts, churn and contraction risk scores, and NRR projections

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience building and maintaining production ETL pipelines using tools such as Airflow, dbt, n8n or similar
• Expert-level SQL skills (PostgreSQL, ClickHouse) and strong Python capabilities for automation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with BI tools, ideally Metabase, building dashboards that drive business decisions
• Deep understanding of SaaS revenue metrics: MRR, ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, contraction, expansion, pipeline, quota attainment, and cohort analysis
• Strong knowledge of marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, payback, channel and event ROI, attribution models, and funnel conversion
• Understanding of sales workflows across SDR, Account Executive, and Customer Success functions and how they translate into revenue data
• High ownership mindset: ability to take ambiguous business questions, clarify requirements, build solutions, communicate results, and recommend next steps

Preferred:

• Experience with HubSpot data architecture and reporting logic
• Background working with subscription, billing, invoice, or usage-based revenue models
• Track record building churn prediction models, customer health scores, or forecasting systems deployed in production
• Experience with marketing attribution across paid, organic, and event channels
• BI migration experience, dashboard governance, and cross-team metric standardization
