We are representing a confidential technology consultancy that is building the next generation of AI-native enterprise solutions. Our client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Paris under a hybrid work model. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of AI-driven software development, collaborating with international experts and leading global enterprises through digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable, AI-driven architectures that solve complex technical challenges for enterprise clients
• Write clean, maintainable code leveraging AI assistance to improve speed, reliability, and quality
• Lead technical innovation by testing emerging AI technologies and contributing to evolving methodologies
• Transform abstract client requirements into clear technical designs, visualizations, and workshop materials
• Conduct AI-powered audits covering code quality, accessibility, performance, and security standards
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams in an international environment
• Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Significant professional experience delivering quality software across diverse technology stacks (Java,.NET, React, Angular, or similar)
• Technology-agnostic mindset with demonstrated ability to learn new tools and frameworks quickly
• Practical experience using at least one AI coding assistant (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) in production environments
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering and how to craft precise inputs to maximize AI utility
• Critical thinking skills to verify and validate AI-generated outputs for robustness and trustworthiness
• Active interest in emerging AI trends and staying current with the evolving landscape
• Commitment to ethical technology development and social/environmental impact
• Fluency in English with strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to work in Paris, France under a hybrid model
