Agency Partnerships Manager

We are representing a well-funded European adtech scale-up operating at the intersection of AI and digital commerce. Our client is building infrastructure that enables brands to reach consumers through conversational AI platforms—a rapidly growing channel that is reshaping how products are discovered and purchased online.

With significant venture backing, enterprise traction across 150+ brands, and month-over-month growth in the hundreds of millions, our client is positioned at the forefront of a fundamental shift in digital advertising and commerce.

We are seeking an Agency Partnerships Manager based in Paris to own and scale relationships with media agencies and holding companies across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage relationships with major media agency holding companies (Publicis, Havas, Omnicom, Dentsu, WPP/GroupM) as well as independent agencies
• Lead vendor onboarding processes, negotiate framework agreements and annual terms with agency partners
• Drive Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and ensure our client is referenced and included in agency media plans
• Evangelize the product to planning, trading, and strategy teams through trainings, workshops, and agency events
• Represent our client in the agency ecosystem through co-marketing initiatives, industry events, and thought leadership
• Build and refine the agency sales playbook, including holding company mapping, stakeholder identification, and pitch calendars
• Drive quarter-over-quarter growth in agency-sourced revenue
• Gather market intelligence and feedback from agencies to inform product roadmap, pricing, and go-to-market strategy

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• Current experience managing a portfolio of media agencies, either at a sales house (régie) or adtech company
• Established relationships within media holding companies—you can name decision-makers you would call this week for a meeting
• Track record of owning and growing agency-sourced revenue with measurable results
• Confidence presenting to and negotiating with trading, planning, and strategy teams
• Professional-level English

Nice to Have:

• Experience negotiating framework agreements and leading vendor referencing processes
• Deep fluency in adtech platforms, measurement, and media buying workflows
• Startup or scale-up experience in a high-growth environment

This role is on-site in Paris with an ASAP start date.

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are competitive within the European adtech market, including a strong base salary plus attractive variable compensation tied to agency revenue performance.
