AI Native – Project Delivery Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology consultancy that specializes in AI-first transformation for enterprise clients. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to join their innovation practice in Paris, France.

In this role, you will own end-to-end project delivery—from initial client engagement through to final handover—ensuring transparency, quality, and strategic alignment at every phase. You'll serve as the central point of contact for senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional teams, and drive AI-augmented innovation through proven delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project transparency by establishing clear KPIs with teams and clients to track progress and anticipate risks
• Lead project advancement by maintaining visibility on requirements and milestones; proactively unblock teams
• Guarantee service quality by supporting delivery teams, relaying client feedback, and facilitating rapid resolution of blockers
• Build strategic partnerships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor aligned with business objectives
• Partner with account management to oversee financial performance and ensure sustainable project outcomes
• Facilitate communication across senior client stakeholders, internal teams, and commercial leadership
• Drive governance through effective documentation and reporting of progress, risks, and decisions
• Host collaborative workshops to create alignment on objectives and working methods
• Coach and uplift delivery teams, promoting continuous improvement and leading agile ceremonies including planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives
• Advise clients on product management, helping define vision, optimize backlogs, and maximize delivered value

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience driving software delivery in agile and iterative contexts, from discovery through maintenance
• Natural leadership ability with excellence in setting direction, communicating with impact, organizing teams, and aligning objectives
• Deep understanding of clients' strategic and business contexts, enabling you to anticipate needs and adopt their perspective
• Mastery of facilitation and dialogue, with confidence engaging senior decision-makers and fostering smooth stakeholder interaction
• Practice of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, empowerment, and transparency in team dynamics
• Comfort stepping into Scrum Master and/or Product Owner roles when needed
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Passion for Tech for Good values including accessibility, sustainability, and ethical AI is ideal

Bonus qualifications: Experience sharing expertise at conferences or in software craftsmanship communities, contributions to open source projects, engagement in associations focused on sustainability and social innovation.
